Return and Refund Policy

Timeframe: You can return items within 1 day.
Condition: Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
Reasons: We accept returns for damaged, incorrect, or defective items.

Refunds:

Payment: Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

Melted ice cream: Ice cream that has melted during shipping or due to improper handling.
Thawed frozen foods: Frozen foods that have thawed completely.
Perishable goods: Items with a short shelf life (e.g., Lassi).
Customized orders: Specially prepared items made to your unique specifications.

We encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us on the same day if there are any issues.
